FAX BROADCASTING CAMPAIGNS OVER 600,000 RECORDS
We are now in the position to offer you an immense database of Privacy Compliant and accurate fax records across Australia. Two of the problems have been overcome when considering previous fax campaigns the depth of information available (much smaller number of records to fax compared to mailing) and the suitability of the fax numbers. Some can be phone/fax, inaccurate numbers, faulty lines etc, but these are constantly updated commercial fax numbers.
For your audience that we would fax, you can choose between rental of Business Trading Names or Personalised records. (We can also provide phone numbers for follow up too between $0.11 each & $0.21 each respectively.) An indication of the Personalised records breakdown is shown here..

LOGISTICS
We are able to provide you with an XLS spreadsheet outlining the Business Category selections (over 400) which you can tag and send back to us to ascertain the yield, based also on your Geographical selection. We set up and test your document first, advise of any changes required and transmit for you during the day. (Please incl. an “Opt-Out Statement” at the base of your fax too.)
The Fax Broadcasts are executed using a web-based system that allows the document to be transmitted electronically, rather than as an image scanned by fax. The result is a much crisper, higher resolution image than traditional faxes. With Broadcast Fax Marketing you can specify the precise time and date for delivery. In addition, a fax campaign can be planned and actioned in less than 24 hours, start to finish.
INVESTMENT
We can offer a Campaign at $100 set up, and transmit your document from $0.25 cents each for Business Trading Names (Non-Personalised,) covering the Fax Transmission of one page and list rental based on 5,000 plus Trading Name pages sent. (We have the same policy as Australia Postwe charge for what we try to deliver.)
Personalised data, which can be mail merged to your Word Document, is available for $300 set up, $0.50 each for data rental and fax delivery of one page.
If your text is very small or detailed, we may have to send “High Resolution”, which is $0.05c extra per item (min $90). Our upload fee of $100 for your document is based on finished art with no changes. If changes are made, our time spent on reviewing and retesting same, is charged at $50 per hour. If you have your own database, we can also send that for an average of $0.25 cents per record supplied, plus $100 set up fee.
Minimum Order Value is $395 for a test.
