Disposable Income – indicates the relative average household purchasing power of a neighbourhood, by ranking it on a scale of 1 (low) to 10 (high).
This indicator begins by estimating income and taxation costs for individual households. This value is averaged for each CCD and then mortgage, rental and child support costs are deducted from this initial income estimate.
Dwelling Type returns a definition of the dwelling type of an address (e.g. separate dwelling, duplex or whether it is low medium or high density housing).
SEP 1 residence at the address
DUAL 2 residences at the address
LOW More than 2 and up to 11 residences at the address
MED More than 11 and up to 51 residences at the address
HIGH More than 51 residences at the address
GeoRisk is a measure of the relative risk profile of defined geographic areas, which allocates a continuous score to each neighbourhood which is then grouped into bands between one (high risk) and ten (low risk).
The score describes the credit worthiness of the neighbourhood based on negative credit and application data held on the individuals residing in that neighbourhood.
The Household Composition Indicator is a household level characteristic that classifies the type of adults residing in each home.
Each home is classified into one of five household compositions: Single person, Married couple, Two people, Extended family and Group.
Household Income is a measure of relative income for households, from 1 (low) to 12 (high). It provides an estimate of the income that each household is generating and is derived by aggregating the total personal income of all members of the household aged 15 years and over.
This indicator is an aggregate of:
Income earned as wages;
Income from return on investments; and
Financial assistance provided by the government
Length of Residency provides an estimate of how long a household has been in residence at the same address. The people within a household are allocated an identifier which provides a range for the length of time that they have resided at the same address.
Each household is allocated to one of 17 bands that indicate the length of time residents occupied a home ranging from 0-1 month, to 10 + years.
The Owner/Tenant Indicator is a predictor variable that indicates the likely ownership status of a residence for each Australian household.
Each household receives a value of O (owner) or T (tenant) indicating whether the inhabitants of the household are likely to be owners (or part-owners) or tenants (renting).
The Property Value Index is a relative measure of the median house and land value by Street Segment (SS) and Census Collection District (CCD) for each State in Australia, except Tasmania and NT where property value data is unavailable.
In addition, we can offer Prophe$y, a credit demand forecasting model that can help you to enhance the propensity of a prospect to pay and allow you to cross sell and create retention campaigns.
The model ranks forecast credit demand in Australia on a scale from highest demand (10) to lowest demand (1).
Prophe$y is updated monthly and calls on over 14 million records of individual credit activity in Australia each year. Credit demand forecasts are provided for Personal Loans, Mortgages and Credit Cards.
