If you have a simple text email message you would like sent, our email service is available from 12 cents per email. This includes preparation of HTML email, upload of database and sending the email to mailing list.
Our rate for sending up to 30,000 emails, is 19 cents per Txt or HTML email, based on a full service personalisation and testing of same.
If you would like to include in your email:
- An attachment for recipients to ‘Click on to View’ additional information (to view a newsletter etc); or
- A ‘Click to Download’ link (to view a visual presentation etc);
There is an additional cost of 7 cents per email (refer to PULL/PUSH files cost).
If you would like to include a Hyperlink on your email, to link to your Website with the ability to track who clicks on the link and to obtain a list of same, there is a cost of 7 cents in addition to the base cost (refer to Sniffer and Click – to Tracking cost) If you do not have your own Website, we can host the link for you.
EMAIL CAMPAIGN DELIVERY FEE
For a simple text message, a set up fee of $100 applies.
For an interactive email, there is a $495 Campaign Delivery fee which includes full testing, delivery and transmission results (refer below for further details).
CREATIVE EMAIL DEVELOPMENT
HTML Format: $290 first hour; $180 each additional hour thereafter
We are also able to assist in the creative side of your campaign, by adding pictures, visuals and Logos to your email at the prices listed above.

MINIMUM EMAIL LIST QUANTITIES
A Minimum quantity of 5000 records applies when client is using their own database, or a 2000 record minimum applies when client is renting an ALB Email Database.
